Heating

Reverse cycle air conditioners are one of the most cost effective and efficient ways of heating your home or office. For every 1000W (watts) of electricity used, a reverse cycle air conditioner can generate up to 3600W of heat. Compare this to other technology (bar and oil heaters) that can only generate 900W of heat at 1000W. Reverse cycle air conditioners are more than four times as efficient as conventional heating.

Cooling

In regards to cooling, they are just as efficient, producing up to 3600W of cooling for every 1000W watts of electricity used.

Climate change predictions point towards hotter summers in the future, making it all the more important to choose the right sized unit for your home or office. Too large, and the air conditioner will turn on and off too regularly causing stress to the unit. Too small, and the unit will not cool the area effectively. This can also lead to the unit being overworked causing breakdowns and a premature life expectancy.

Ducting

All Advance Air Conditioning metal ducting is manufactured to SMACKNA standards to insure a sturdy and durable installation. Our ducting is also insulated with 50mm thick insulation to reduce losses and increase efficiency.
